New TaskMaster Enhancement
Mailers taking advantage of BCC's TaskMaster automation feature--standard with Mail Manager Full Service™ and optional for Mail Manager™--now have a new capability when using the built-in feature.
TaskMaster now supports the ability to print PS Form 3602-C, required for Standard Mail® destination drop-shipping, and can consolidate multiple shipments in a mailing onto a single postage statement. TaskMaster users can include PS Form 3602-C in their automation jobs by adding the new "POSTAGESTATEMENT3602C" task, or by selecting PS Form 3602-C while recording a TaskMaster job interactively.
If you're already using TaskMaster, you can begin using this functionality immediately by downloading an interim software update from the Customer Portal.
If you're not yet using this option, learn more about how automation can increase the efficiency of your operation at the next TaskMaster Express Learning Session -- Tuesday, July 27, 3pm ET. And if you're ready to add powerful automation to your Mail Manager solutions set, ask your BCC Account Executive about TaskMaster today.
BCC Adds New Product Manager
Karen Birmingham has been named the new Product Manager for BCC's Data Services, and Track N Trace® and cQuencer solutions. Birmingham, who first joined BCC in 2004 and previously managed BCC's Enterprise Applications department, is responsible for gathering input from customers about the way they use Data Services, Track N Trace and cQuencer, and their general mailing needs. With those insights, Birmingham will help to improve those products and services to make them an even greater asset to mailers' workflows.
"I'm thrilled that Karen has joined the Product Management team," said Director of Product Management Paula Stoskopf. "Her product knowledge and experience with BCC customers in her previous role make her a valuable asset to the department and to our customers by understanding their needs to shape the direction of future BCC innovations."
Survey Reminder – How Do You Use Data Services?
BCC has created a brief Data Services survey to learn more about your needs. If you or someone at your company has not already answered the survey, it should take less than five minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
