Cenveo Find Success
with a Full Service Upgrade
The third largest graphics communications company in North America, Cenveo, Inc., was using an array of postal software solutions from multiple providers when they began looking to standardize their operations and increase their efficiency. The company decided to upgrade one facility to BCC's Mail Manager Full Service and make the switch to Mail Manager Full Service in another facility from their previous software provider.
According to Dion Wilhelm, Cenveo's Regional Director of Mailing and Fulfillment Services, the company was beginning to outgrow the capabilities of the Mail Manager solution they had been using for years, and noticed that Mail Manager Full Service offered additional features they could not get from another software provider. "Now we can stay inside one software suite and manage the whole process from start to finish. That saves time," he noted.
Now, with Mail Manager Full Service fully implemented in Cenveo's Portland, OR, and Seattle, WA, facilities, the company is able to take on more work, focus on new tasks, and better serve customers.
