Mail Manager User Maximizes Efficiency with
On-Site Professional Services
A printer/mailer using Mail Manager recently contacted BCC's Professional Services team to arrange a customized, on-site visit. One of the company's main focuses is speed, in order to provide their clients with fast and accurate service. To ensure their operational speeds were fully optimized, they requested an evaluation of their current workflow process to determine if they were using Mail Manager in the most effective way possible.
Within the first half hour of evaluating their operation, the Professional Services Engineer recommended adding a simple "Replace Words" function, along with some workflow modifications that would decrease the processing time of one weekly job of over 100,000 records from two hours to six minutes. Other time-saving improvements were also recommended that boosted their speed and efficiency even more. Having implemented those time-saving improvements, the company can now take on more work with maximum productivity and profitability.
