New Track N Trace Functionality Coming Soon
Track N Trace®, BCC's One Code Confirm® service, will soon offer users new Export Report functionality that allows easy downloading of detailed data about delivery details of mailing jobs.
In early May, Track N Trace users will have the ability to request data exports for all or specific mailpieces, scan data within a mailing, and have that data sent to a user-specified e-mail address where it can then be exported into a database for further analysis.
New Track N Trace reports are also available:
- The Mailpiece Summary report will allow users to view individual mailpiece performance by specific 5-digit ZIP Code™, or to export the data for all mailpieces using the new Export Report feature.
- The Scan Detail report will give users the ability to view individual mailpiece scan data on demand, or e-mail a link to the report containing all of the scan data using Export Report.
