Founded in 1978 by current President K. Jon Runstrom, BCC is now in its 30th year of delivering mailing technology solutions. BCC was purchased by BÖWE BELL + HOWELL in 2005, but today remains an independently run company in the same Rochester, NY, headquarters it has occupied since 1997.
