List Enhancement
Why settle for mere compliance with USPS address-correction regulations? BCC’s advanced list-enhancing services allow you to go the extra mile for your clients.
Address Resolution Service
ARS improves upon DPV technology by using third-party databases to correct address data deemed undeliverable during the typical CASS encoding process. The service also appends secondary data, such as apartment numbers, that may be missing or incorrect. New streamlined ARS rates ensure easier job budgeting.
Suppression Services
For superior list targeting and higher response rates, Suppression Services are an ideal complement to standard address-correction processing. Flagging addresses that match user-specified undesirable criteria – the DMA’s "Do Not Mail" list, deceased suppression and other categories – can help you reach the optimal audience with any mailing job. The following Suppression Services may be added to NCOALink processing for more list enhancement in one submission:
- DMA Mail Preference Service - Identifies individuals who have registered with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) to indicate that they do not wish to receive unsolicited mail.
- Deceased - Identifies deceased individuals using a database dating back to 1987 and derived from Social Security Administration records and other proprietary sources.
- Prison
- Trailer Park
- Nursing Home
DSF2™
DSF2 uses carrier route data to append Walk Sequence numbers to a mailing, allowing more efficient delivery and Enhanced Carrier Route Basic, High Density or Saturation discounts.
