Pay Ahead for Postage Savings with Prepaid DSF2® Processing

DSF2 processing through Bell and Howell’s Data Services department is now available as a prepaid service. By purchasing credits in advance, you can more accurately predict spending and leverage the advantages of using DSF2 processing quickly and easily for every mailing job. As one of only 14 licensed service providers, Bell and Howell is able to process jobs in-house, which allows for the fastest turnarounds possible. A complete list of all licensed providers is available online.
DSF2 processing appends Walk Sequence information to address records. This provides valuable supplemental information on addresses (such as whether an address is residential, educational, or seasonal) and can lead to postage discounts in the form of Walk Sequence Saturation or High Density rates. The service is available 24/7 through the Data Services department and when you’re using credits from your prepaid service, you can skip the finance check.
