Mailpiece Quality Control

United States Postal Service Mailpiece Quality Control (MQC) certification is a program developed by the Postal Service to assist industry professionals in fully understanding the standards and requirements pertaining to mailpiece design and quality. Those pursuing MQC certification—usually mailing professionals in the private or public sector—must pass a certification exam, after which they may become certified as understanding the acceptance requirements for mail processed through the USPS.
