NCOALink®

The industry’s leading pro-active Move Update technology, NCOALink helps list owners stay connected to mail recipients who have filed Change of Address (COA) cards with the United States Postal Service®. Used regularly, this process keeps lists up-to-date and effective—for reduced return mail, less wasted postage and printing costs, and increased delivery speed and response rates.

As a non-exclusive USPS licensee BCC offers NCOALink FSP and LSP processing. Both levels satisfy USPS First-Class and Standard Move Update requirements, and include USPS ZIP + 4® plus LACSLink® and DPV® at no additional cost.

  • FSP (Full Service Provider) processing corrects addresses entered into the COA database up to 48 months ago.
  • LSP (Limited Service Provider) processing, with ANKLink®, uses the most recent 18 months of COA data while flagging records that could be corrected using 48-month FSP service.

  • DPV® helps identify whether an address is recognized by the USPS as a valid destination, and can even perform additional “detective work” to aid in a mailpiece’s ultimate deliverability.
